Terms and Rules for the "One Month’s Free Rent" Giveaway

1. Eligibility
To be eligible for the One Month’s Free Rent giveaway, participants must: Sign a lease agreement for a property facilitated by Ana Bastas Realty between October 11th, 2024, and October 31st, 2024. Be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Ontario.

2. Prize Details

The prize is equivalent to one month’s rent of the leased property, paid in the form of a Visa gift card. The winner will be chosen at random from eligible participants. The gift card is not redeemable for cash or any other form of compensation.

3. Winner Selection

The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible participants on November 7th, 2024.
The winner will be contacted personally via phone or email by Ana Bastas Realty.

4. Photo Consent
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in a photo opportunity. The winner’s image may be used by Ana Bastas Realty for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, print, and website promotions. The winner will not receive additional compensation for the use of their image.

5. Limitation of Liability
By participating in this giveaway, all participants, including the winner, agree to hold Ana Bastas Realty, its employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any liability, including but not limited to: Any claims, damages, or losses arising from participation in the giveaway. Use of the winner's image in promotional materials. Any unforeseen circumstances that may cause the modification or cancellation of the contest.

6. Changes to Contest
Ana Bastas Realty reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel this giveaway at any time, without prior notice.

7. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter the giveaway. Signing a valid lease agreement with Ana Bastas Realty between October 11th, 2024, and October 31st, 2024 is required to qualify.

8. Governing Law
This contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, and any disputes or claims arising from the contest will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario.

9. General Conditions

Participants agree to abide by these rules, and any decisions made by Ana Bastas Realty regarding the giveaway will be final and binding. Ana Bastas Realty is under no obligation to provide compensation or restitution beyond the terms specified in these rules.

10. Severability
If any part of these rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable under Ontario law, the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.
