Referral Fee Program Rules and Stipulations

1. Referral Fees Ana Bastas Realty will pay the following referral fees for each successful transaction referred by an individual (the "Referrer"):

$100 CAD for each successful lease transaction.
$750 CAD for each successful sale or listing transaction.
The referral fee will be paid in the form of a gift card within 30 days of the transaction closing.

2. Eligibility
To be eligible for the referral fee: The Referrer must provide the contact information of the referred party prior to the referred party entering into a transaction with Ana Bastas Realty. The referred party must complete a successful lease, sale, or listing transaction facilitated by Ana Bastas Realty.

3. Limitation of Liability
By participating in this referral program, the Referrer agrees to hold Ana Bastas Realty, its employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any liability, including but not limited to:

Any failure of the referred transaction to close.
Delays in payment due to unforeseen circumstances.
The modification or termination of the referral program without notice.

4. Payment Terms
Referral fees will be paid as follows:

$100 CAD for each successful lease transaction.
$750 CAD for each successful sale or listing transaction.
Payment will be made within 30 days of the successful transaction's closing. The fee will be paid in the form of a gift card, delivered electronically or by mail to the Referrer’s provided contact details.

5. Changes to Program
Ana Bastas Realty reserves the right to modify or terminate this referral program at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will apply to future referrals and will not affect the obligations of Ana Bastas Realty for deals already under contract.

6. No Employment or Agency Relationship
Participation in this referral program does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship between Ana Bastas Realty and the Referrer. The Referrer is not entitled to any benefits or protections granted to Ana Bastas Realty employees.

7. Confidentiality
All parties must respect the confidentiality of client information and only share details necessary for the referral process.

8. Governing Law
This referral program and its terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario. Any disputes or claims arising from this program will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario.

9. No Obligation
Ana Bastas Realty is under no obligation to accept any referrals or enter into any transaction with the referred party, nor is it obligated to pay any referral fees beyond the terms outlined in this document.

10. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.
